Our first run for 2016 will be a twighlight run. Twighlight runs are great for January and February because they allow us to escape the heat of the summer day and take advantage of the beautiful summer evenings. Blacktown drive-in is an annual event organised by the Grey Pride club and has always been a favourite event on our calendar with quite a few car clubs attending. We will be meeting from 5.30pm outside the gates and will go in when the gates open to secure an area for our vehicles. Bring your own dinner or buy it at the diner. Bring your chairs and maybe a radio because weather permitting, we all tend to sit in front of our cars as a group. We will not know the movies being shown until closer to the date (but it honestly doesn’t matter). All members and guests are welcome to attend. This is always a great night catching up with friends and the perfect way to wind down after a hectic holiday season. Hoping the see you all there.
Established in 1978, our club caters for all ’48 to ’56 model Holdens. The Club caters for a range of FX (48-215’s) and FJ’s in a wide variety from stock standard to highly modified vehicles. Our club meets at 8pm on the last Tuesday of the month (January to November) at The Scout Hall in Boothtown Reserve, Gipps Road, Greystanes. Visitors are always welcome.
